Eminem
Eminem had a challenging childhood: he didn’t know his father, and his relationship with his mother was strained throughout his life. A ray of light for the future star was his uncle Ronnie, who was only two months older than the boy. It was Ronnie who introduced Marshall Mathers, the future Eminem, to hip-hop and helped him make his first recordings. Unfortunately, Ronnie also battled his own demons, which ultimately got the better of him: Ronnie took his own life. In memory of his uncle, Eminem, already a star, got a large and dark tattoo on his left shoulder, crowned with the inscription: “Rest in peace, Ronnie.”
